Refunds

During testing no one is charged, so there’s nothing to refund.

You can get a full refund within 30 days of buying the $9.99 upgrade. No questions.

How. Email support@getdinnerautopilot.com with your receipt (the email from Stripe, or the payment ID on it). On your card statement the charge shows as DINNER AUTOPILOT.

What happens. We refund the full $9.99 to your original payment method. Autopilot turns off for everyone in your household. Reminders keep working. Your dinners and plan stay, including nights autopilot already filled.

Refunds usually show up in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
